Cyndi Haaz, ASID is not only a hands-on professional interior designer but also an activist in the industry. She is passionate about her work and believes that everyone should have professional guidance, in order to avoid costly mistakes.
Designing exceptional kitchens and baths is only one facet of what Cyndi offers her clients. Whether a consulting project, a renovation, addition or an entire house, Cyndi’s warm personality and ability to quickly understand design goals are the first things clients notice and appreciate. Cyndi views her clients as partners collaborating with her to get the best possible result within the financial parameters they set. She guides clients to make decisions that will reflect their personal style and taste while creating functional, warm and inviting environments.
With more than twenty years experience, Cyndi Haaz is well regarded by her colleagues and clients. She is a past president of the Pennsylvania East Chapter of ASID, American Society of Interior Designers, and she has received numerous awards for her service and designs.
Designs by Cyndi and Company, Inc. have been featured in dtown, Innovative Kitchen Solutions, House & Home and Nouveau magazines. Cyndi has served as a judge for the National Residential Interior Design Contest for Southern Accents magazine as well as a writer for the NCIDQ exam, which is the national examination for interior design qualification.

Cyndi and Company, Inc. is proud to have been chosen nine times to take part in the annual Bucks CountyDesigner House & Gardens event that benefits Doylestown Hospital. The 2011 project is a kitchen renewal and transformation.
Stephanie McDonald has joined Cyndi and Company, Inc. as an associate designer. Her inspiration for design begins with her belief that every space can be beautiful and reflect her clients’ personalities and lifestyles. She began in the interior design business in 2007, after being an informal “consultant” for years to friends and family who admired her eye for color, fabrics and staging and wanted her help in transforming their homes.
Stephanie has created hundreds of spaces, from single rooms to entire houses, bringing her “big picture” but functional approach to every assignment. She lives with her husband and three children in Chalfont, PA. Her talent and areas of expertise strength and enhances the full-service interior design work provided by Cyndi and Company, Inc.
Joan Doyle, Business & Marketing Manager, brings a lifetime of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in marketing and business development. Her ability to brand a company and increase its market presence and share has been put to work in the areas of communications, advertising, accounting and customer service. Working hand-in-hand with Cyndi Haaz, she is the go-to person for anything related to the company that is outside interior design.
